Ocean View Villas

Our ocean view villas are set in a quiet, elevated part of the park – just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for early risers, sunset watchers and anyone chasing a bit of peace, they offer all the comforts of home – with a few holiday upgrades.
Inside, there are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with bunks. There’s a breezy living area with air conditioning, a tidy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm or toss together a quick bite.
The balcony is where the magic happens – sea air, ocean glimpses from your built-in breakfast bar and space to just sit and be. It’s a favourite spot for families and couples alike.

Love a splash? Our poolside villas are perfect for families with kids, or anyone who wants easy access to the swimming pool and BBQ zone. Set amongst tropical gardens, these pool accommodation options let you roll out of bed and right into holiday mode.
Each villa includes two bedrooms – a main bedroom with a queen bed, plus bunks in the second bedroom. There’s a private bathroom with a spa bath, a comfy living area with TV and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen for meals at your own pace.
Out front, your verandah looks straight onto the pool – a prime perch for morning coffee, poolside snacks, or keeping an eye on the cannonballs.

Our village has some wonderful features that can be enjoyed by the whole family.
BBQ facilities
Enjoy cooking in the great outdoors at one of our bbq facilities. Gather the family around the dining table and enjoy a hearty meal after a long day or cook your favourite meats with ease. These BBQ facilities are public areas that can be used by all village guests.
Relaxing pool
Cool off and relax with a splash in our swimming pool. The pool offers plenty of shaded seating for you to relax and watch the kids, or take a dip yourself! As a non-seasonal outdoor pool, this feature is open 8 am – 8 pm, every day of the year.
Nearby beach
We’re located just 150m from Rainbow Beach, so it’s just a short stroll to get to the beach. This beach is perfect for surfing, fishing, swimming, and paddling, and is patrolled for added safety.
Native wildlife
Being so close to nature, you’ll probably spot a few of the local visitors stopping by. Our village is home to many beautiful birds and other native animals, which you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of during your stay!

Check in and check out of our Ocean View Villas
Rainbow Beach Holiday Village has a straightforward check-in and check-out process, allowing you to get settled into your cabin quickly and easily. Check-in begins at 2 pm for our ocean view villas, with check out to be completed by 10 am on the day of departure. We also ask that villa guests arrive on site by 8 pm on the day of check-in, as a courtesy to other guests, so keep this in mind when deciding your expected arrival time.
Our location
We’re located within the Cooloola section of the Great Sandy National Park. Rainbow Beach Holiday Village is on the northern end of this national park, allowing patrons to enjoy the gorgeous sites and expansive, beautiful beaches right on their doorstep.
Tour the famous coloured sand beaches, visit Fraser Island, or relax and unwind on the beach. We provide Rainbow Beach accommodation that’s a short walk from restaurants, cafes, and shops, so you’ll never be far from great food and things to see.
