Rainbow Beach Holiday Village
What's the weather like?
Rainbow Beach offers stunning weather for most of the year. Even through our cooler months, we have the perfect temperatures for our friends from the south. Find up to date information on Rainbow Beach’s weather via the Bureau of Meteorology.
Are there TVs in the rooms?
All cabins have TVs included in the lounge rooms.
Do you provide WiFi?
Free WiFi is supplied throughout the park and is provided to you on check in.
How far away is the beach?
The beach is just a stone’s throw away. Rainbow Beach Holiday Village is an easy and scenic stroll of 150 metres to the patrolled swimming area.
Are there shops nearby?
There sure are. Rainbow Beach Holiday Village is located in the centre of the township of Rainbow Beach, just across the road from cafes, the bakery, butchers, and a chemist.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Rainbow Beach has a few dining options. There’s the Surf Life Saving club, a bowls club, and a local hotel. We also have many cafes, take away shops and eateries within 100 metres of the Holiday Village.
Are there BBQs to use?
Yes! Rainbow Beach Holiday Village has two designated BBQ areas within the park, including free, gas-operated BBQs. Both BBQ areas are undercover with washing up facilities and seating supplied.
Do you allow pets?
Your pets are welcome to come along on your holiday under the following conditions. Pets are permitted year round, excluding the Christmas, Easter and September school holiday periods. You are permitted to keep your pet within your own caravan, camper trailer, motorhome or tent. We do not have any pet friendly cabins.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with more than seven (7) days notice are provided with a full refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. Your deposit can be transferred to an alternative date without incurring a cancellation fee, providing seven days notice is given. Cancellations made within seven days of arrival are non-refundable.
How many people can you accommodate in a cabin?
Our studio villas accommodate a maximum of two people. The chalets, poolside spa villas and ocean view spa villas accommodate up to five people.
Can we put a tent up on a beachfront site?
Tents are only permitted within our designated tent camping area, which is unpowered and situated on a raised terrace with no direct vehicle access. Beachfront sites are only available for caravans and motorhomes.
Is your swimming pool open all year?
Our swimming pool is open from 8am – 8pm daily, all year round. However, it is not heated.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in begins at 11am for camping sites and 2pm for cabins. The check out time for all accommodation types is 10am. As a courtesy for fellow guests, all site arrivals must arrive by 5pm and all cabin arrivals must arrive by 8pm.
Can I have assistance putting my van onto my site?
Tractor service is available for all sites between 7.30am and 5pm. Please ask reception for assistance.
Is there car parking?
Only one vehicle is permitted per site or cabin. Additional cars must be parked outside of the caravan park grounds.
